According to the organizers of the first-ever, Customer Experience (CX) Conference to be held in Maldives, an expert from Barclays will be providing information to attendees during the conference.
Customer Experience Foundation Maldives, the organizers of the event stated that several expert professionals will be providing information at the event. Among them is Barclays Digital Eagle Pro-Active Engagement Director, Ms Carole Layzell.
A winner of several awards in customer experience, Ms Layzell spoke about the conference in a YouTube video in which she said that she will be sharing information about the work done at Barclays and importance of using digital with customer experience.
“Customers’ expectations are rising every single day, so we need to make sure through an Omnichannel environment that we can reach out to them at the right time in the right place and of course at the right place. Because that would drive a fantastic customer experience.
In addition to Ms Layzell, several experts in the customer experience both international and local will be providing information during the conference.
