Hdh. Kulhudhuffushi runway has been completed and test flight has been scheduled for 19th September, Thursday.
Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) Chief Executive Officer Ibrahim Ziyath revealed to the press that the runway construction has been completed and it was supposed to be finished by last month. But due to unforeseen circumstances, they were able to finish it by this month.
30% of the wetlands was reclaimed to construct the airport. The land reclamation project was conducted by MTCC. This is
