Riyan Private Limited is a registered multi-disciplinary consultancy firm in the Maldives. The firm was first incorporated on 24th July 1997 (as Riyan Design and Management Consultants Pvt Ltd), with the objective of providing multi-disciplinary design, engineering, and project management services for the local construction industry. Over the past two decades, the company has expanded its capacity in terms of its services portfolio and human resources. Their partnership with international firms and consultants have given them the edge to provide consultancy services for a wide range of projects, including those funded by international donor agencies. Today, all key members of the firm have been engaged in the built environment industry of the Maldives, gaining invaluable experience working in both the government and private sector.
