Coronavirus has been rapidly spreading from the Chinese city of Wuhan.
Additionally, 16 other countries have been confirmed with cases coronavirus, including Thailand, South Korea, Malaysia, and France.
More than 130 people have died in China and more than 7000 people have been infected with the virus.
“The whole world needs to be on alert to fight the coronavirus.” Said the Head of the WHO’s Health Emergencies Program.
WHO will be meeting on Thursday to discuss whether the virus constitutes a global health emergency.
According to WHO’s Dr. Ryan, a team of experts is being assembled to go to China to learn more about the virus.
The causes and cure for this virus have not been identified yet.
