Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) has announced that 260 participants from 88 companies will be participating in ITB Berlin 2017 from the Maldives.
Minister of Tourism, Mr. Moosa Zameer will lead the delegation from Maldives, along with Acting Managing Director of MMPRC, Mr. Haris Mohamed. The ITB Berlin Pre-meeting was held at Hotel Jen Maldives where information was given out to the attendants about the fair this year.
ITB Berlin will be held from 8th to 12th March and will feature investors, stakeholders, and visitors from several key demographics of the tourism and hospitality industry of the world. Known as the ‘The World’s Leading Travel Trade Show’, ITB Berlin will feature several important events such as ITB BookAwards 2017, ITB MICE Day, Youth Travel, and highlighting corporate social responsibility in tourism.
