Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has revealed that the company has completed the sub-base and subgrade works of airport runway, taxi way, apron, fire pad and fire road of Gdh. Faresmathoda Airport Development Project.
The airport fire building concrete works progress is at 58% and currently terminal building column works are ongoing.
The scope of the project includes, construction of a 1200m runway, taxiway, apron and service roads with all operational facilities.
According to MTCC, the project is valued at MVR 144.8 million.
