Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has earned MVR 485 million in revenue during the third quarter of 2021, up 14.5 percent compared to the previous quarter.
According to MTCC, the highest contributor to revenue in Q3 was land reclamation, followed by trading and transportation services.
MTCC reported a net profit of roughly MVR 56 million in the third quarter of 2021, which is a decrease of almost 10 percent compared to the previous quarter.
Furthermore, earnings per share in Q3 stood at MVR 6.92, down from MVR 7.84 in the previous quarter.
By the end of the year, the company is forecast to make around MVR 1.8 billion in revenue, with a net profit of approximately MVR 270 million.
