Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has provided an update on the B. Kamadhoo Harbour Reconstruction Project.
According to MTCC, the second shipment of Quay Wall blocks required for the B. Kamadhoo Harbour Reconstruction Project has been delivered to the project site. New harbor basin dredging works have reached 92% completion, and quay wall block installation is currently ongoing at the site.
Scope of works includes dredging and excavation operations of 25,636 cbm, construction of a 180m breakwater, a 628m revetment, a 346m quay wall, installation of harbor pavement, construction of a ramp, and installation of harbor lights.
MTCC revealed that the value of the project is MVR 47.01 million.
