Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has provided an update on the B. Hithaadhoo Harbour Development Project.
The company has completed repair works of the existing quay wall for the project, while installation of harbour pavement is currently ongoing with 88% completion.
Scope of works includes dredging and excavation operations of 19,030cbm, construction of a 22m groyne, a 495m breakwater, a 90m revetment, a 350m quay wall, installation of a 1750sqm harbour pavement, navigational aids and harbour lights.
MTCC revealed that the value of the project is MVR 17.70 million.
