Established in 2021, this program marks a significant step in corporate training within the Maldives, as Ooredoo remains the only company in the country offering such an opportunity.
The program aims to enhance the leadership skills of Ooredoo’s employees, equipping them with advanced knowledge and expertise. Each year, two employees complete the intensive course, returning with valuable insights to drive innovation and progress within the company.
