Maldives Association of Travel Agents and Tour Operators, MATATO, in partnership with McQuire Rens & Jones, is bringing another series of training programs targeted for the hospitality industry. Two separate training programs are scheduled for 13th and 14th December respectively. McQuire Rens & Jones is a leading training institute based in Sri Lanka, featuring a popular portfolio of corporate training programs.
The two programs that are featuring in the Maldives are selected for their success in Sri Lanka and also for the response from members and partner companies who have participated in MATATO training events. Program modules and trainers are provided by McQuire Rens and Jones.
- Dealing with difficult customers
This program focuses on specialized techniques for managing customers who are difficult to handle. Ways not only to best address their complaints but also to convert them into loyal customers.
- Managing Multiple Tasks, Objectives and deadlines
Training on task management, organization, prioritizing deadlines and maintaining a high level of personal motivation under difficult and challenging situations.
Both training programs will be conducted in Male’, at Champa Central Hotel. For each program, a limited number of 60 participants will be accepted.
MATATO training initiatives are intended for human capacity and skills development in the tourism industry, thus our training programs are mainly targeted for the hospitality sector. However, most of these programs are beneficial for employers and employers across the board in the service industry. Participation in MATATO training programs are open for all, and we encourage and welcome participation from public and corporate service sectors. MATATO members and students are offered discounted prices for participation in all our programs.
MATATO has a long-term agreement with McQuire Rens & Jones to bring their premium programs to Maldives. Since 2012 MATATO and McQuire Rens & Jones have jointly presented more than 06 training programs, some of which featured globally prominent speakers and trainers.
