Business Center Corporation (BCC) has unveiled plans to host an online forum organised by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), tailored for professionals in creative industries.
Scheduled to coincide with World Intellectual Property Day 2024, the forum is set to take place on April 25, 2024, running from 14:30hrs to 17:00hrs GMT.
Endorsed by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, this event is centred on the theme of “building a common future with innovation and creativity,”
The scheduled discussions include:
- Copyright Dimensions in Creative Industries – Making a living from music, arts and literature
- Branding Dimensions in Creative Industries – What is a name? How to protect it? Where do I begin?
- The Path Forward into the Universe of Intellectual Property – WIPO’s assistance for entrepreneurs
Distinguished speakers for the event include Mr. Dimiter Gantchev, Mr. Mark Dy, and Dr. Derek Kunhee Him.
