The new aircraft will support Beond’s planned mid-2024 expansion into the Milan, Dubai, and Bangkok markets, connecting these cities to the Maldives. Beond launched its initial commercial passenger services in November from Munich, Zurich, and Riyadh to Malé, utilizing an A319 aircraft with 44 lie-flat seats.

Taskila underlined Beond’s ambition to operate a fleet of 32 luxurious aircraft within the next five years, emphasizing its commitment to revolutionizing the airline industry and passenger experience.
