BML brings positive changes to their maternity and paternity leave policy today.
According to a press release issued by BML, new mothers are entitled to 6 months paid maternity leave. Female employees are also entitled to a 2 month leave depending on their health during the pregnancy.
Under these new regulations, male employees are also entitled to a month’s paid paternity leave which can be applied during the first 7 months of birth.
The new policy is effective from today. Before this new policy, BML offered two months of maternity leave and three days of paternity leave.
