The Bank of Maldives (BML) has made a strategic shift in its services by relocating the point-of-sale (POS) machine and paper roll collection service to the more convenient Male Business Centre. This enhancement is set to take effect from Sunday, offering customers the ease of collecting their POS machines and paper rolls from the Male Business Centre.
Consequently, the service previously available at Orchidmaage will be discontinued, a decision undertaken by the bank to streamline and enhance customer experience.
In line with its commitment to accessibility, BML has ensured that the collection of POS machine paper rolls can also be availed from the Hulhumale and Villimale Branches, expanding the availability of this service to better serve a wider range of customers. This move comes as part of BML’s ongoing efforts to optimize its services and locations, ensuring that customers’ needs are met efficiently and effectively.
