Air Asia, the largest budget airline in Asia will be conducting daily flights between Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 and Velana International Airport from 26th March to 26th April 2017.
This special promotional fare ended on 26th February 2017, with one-way tickets as low as MYR 199 for flights between the specified promotional dates. According to news reports, Air Asia will increase their regular flight frequency from 3 flights a week to 5 flights a week beginning from 15th March.
Air Asia currently conducts flights between Maldives and Malaysia thrice weekly; on Saturdays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Air Asia was established in Malaysia in 2001, with hubs in Kuala Lumpur, Kota Kinabalu, Penang, Johor Bahru and Kuching.
