Every year, Dhiraagu introduces a special social theme for the month of Ramadan. This year, the Dhiraagu Ramadan campaign focuses on appreciating mothers, celebrating them, and further strengthening our relationships with them.
In hand with the theme, the company has released their first Ramadan film, named “Loabi” (love), which focuses on celebrating the special place of mothers in our hearts.
Set in AA. Thoddoo, the film shows the story of a visually impaired boy as he and his sister try to emulate their mother’s much-loved watermelon juice recipe while she is away. Despite using the same ingredients and recipe, the siblings never manage to get it to taste quite the same.
The short film highlights the irreplaceability of mothers and the love and care that they pour into all they do for their children. It further highlights the importance of appreciating mothers, especially during this holy month of Ramadan.
Dhiraagu continues to bring various important social messages to the public through their advertisements and campaigns.
