Discussion Held at India to Promote Small and Middle-Class Business

A discussion for enhancing the bond between low class and middles class business has been carried on in a meeting held at New Delhi, India by S.M.E and Entrepreneur Federation of Maldives, SEFM on 14th February 2014. The meeting was held with the Federation of Indian Micro and Small & Medium Enterprises (FISME).

More ways to be involved in the Banking, Finance and Tourism industries in small and middle-class business was discussed in the meeting. Further discussions were made on importing the provision of clothing, food supplies and medications on a wider range through India to Maldives.

A Trade Fair to showcase Indian and Maldivian products and services is planned to be held in September 2019 to strengthen the SME bonds between India and Maldives.
