With his children and grandchildren as shareholders. This business is managed by professionals with family members. Presently ASK Holdings is led by Managing Director Zain Hassan. ASK Holdings’ board consists of 5 non- executive members and 2 executive members. Ms. Aminath Mirfath Ahmed as Chairperson, Mr. Maaz Ahmed Sameer as Vice Chair, Mariyam Samira Ali, Azza Mohamed, Manal Ahmed Sameer as non-executive directors and Zain Hassan and Mohamed Fazil Aboobakru as executive directors.
