EyeCare opened its doors in 2003 with a small team of optometrists and a single doctor and over the years EyeCare has become one of the most trusted household healthcare providers in the Maldives. It now operates over 7 Optical showrooms and clinics across the country and provides a one-stop eye care solution with optical, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, clinical, and surgical services under the same umbrella. In 2014 EyeCare opened its first specialist Eye Hospital in the Maldives under the brand EyeCare Hospital. Today the company along with its subsidiary companies have diversified into other business areas such as real estate developments, safari vessels, and most recently with the opening of Fiyavalhu Maldives – the first resort on a local island.

It is also involved in the real estate developments, leasing of safari vessel for cruise and diving, and its most recent addition to the portfolio is Fiyavalhu Maldives – a 44 room resort on a local island.
