Housing Development Corporation (HDC) is seeking potential and competent parties to submit proposals for the development and operation of garages in Thilafushi.
The land plots identified for the development are:
- Lot S8-G05 measuring an area of 5,375.60 sqft
- Lot S8-G07 measuring an area of 5,375.60 sqft
- Lot S8-G09 measuring an area of 5,375.49 sqft
Proposals must be submitted no later than 1400hrs on 10th June 2021 (Thursday), and must be accompanied by a bid security, in accordance with the instruction to proponents.
