Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has announced that the Hulhumale’ Sports Complex is open for businesses.
According to HDC, the Hulhumale’ Sports Complex is open for businesses like hotels, restaurants, sports shops and retail establishments. They have also said that people interested in setting shop there can send the bid proposal to the corporation before 23rd September.
The land will be leased under a 10-year contract, regardless of the business type. A sum of MVR 25,000 – MVR 75000 has to be given as a security deposit with the bid proposal.
