Indian High Commissioner Pays Courtesy Call on President Muizzu

His Excellency Munu Mahawar, High Commissioner of the Republic of India to the Republic of Maldives, paid a courtesy call on His Excellency President Dr Mohamed Muizzu at the President’s Office yesterday. The meeting served to discuss avenues for further bolstering ties between the two nations and to review various projects undertaken by India in the Maldives.

High Commissioner Mahawar expressed his gratitude to President Muizzu for attending the swearing-in ceremony of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his new term. He highlighted the numerous productive avenues of ongoing cooperation between India and the Maldives and reiterated India’s commitment to assist in the progress and development of the Maldives and its people.
