Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has announced the mobilization of the M. Dhiggaru land reclamation and shore protection project site. The site was mobilized on 20th March 2021.
Scope of works for the project include reclamation operations of 25 hectares; construction of a rock boulder revetment and breakwater. According to MTCC, the value of the project is MVR 121.84 million.
MTCC was incorporated on 18th December 1980 as the first public company in the Maldives. Throughout its existence MTCC has positioned itself as the leading marine and land transport provider and civil and marine constructor.
