Maldives Association of Human Resource Professionals (MAHRP) has announced a session targeted for professionals in HR and management field.
The session will be held on 14th July at Faculty of Education Auditorium, Maldives National University (MNU).
The HR knowledge and best practice session is part of a series of learning sessions organized by the MAHRP in association with Maldives Law Institute (MLI). The session is open for public and participants are required to do a pre-registration through a registration link.
The theme for this session is Managing Employee Relations and will highlight on handling disciplinary issues, policies and procedures as well as Grievance Management and its implications.
Two HR practitioners are expected to give a presentation on these different areas and to be followed by the panel discussion within the theme. The expert panel will discuss and answer participants’ questions on “How equipped are today’s HR managers to handle employee relations“.
The MAHRP is Maldives’s first professional association registered at Ministry of Home Affairs, devoted to human resources and people development.
The organization aims to create an all-inclusive HR Professionals Association in which everyone will have a chance to add value and work together to build the much needed human capital excellence within the Maldives.
