Maldives Ambassador designated to Sri Lanka, Omar Abdul Razzak has met with the Maldives Swimming Team taking part in the 7th FINA World Junior Swimming Championship 2019 to be held in Hungary from 20-25 August 2019.
FINA World Junior Swimming Championship is a swimming championship held biennially by FINA for girls aged 14–17 and boys aged 15–18. The competition has been held since 2006.
Nearly 1,000 athletes from 100 different countries take part in this competition. 6th edition of FINA World Junior Swimming Championship took place at Indianapolis, USA.
Maldivian Swimming Organization recently concluded its 16th Swimming Association Championship which was held from 30th-31st July.
