The Maldives Expo 2025, set to take place in May next year, will be the country’s largest exhibition. Sharing the details of the event with state media, Ibrahim Ziyau Mohamed, Managing Director of the Business Centre Corporation (BCC), explained that the expo, organised in collaboration with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, will showcase a variety of local products and services, while focusing on skills development and business sustainability.
The expo will feature a diverse range of participants, including businesses, educational institutions, NGOs, and representatives from both urban and island communities. It will highlight industries such as agriculture, fishing, creative arts, and fashion. The event aims to provide local businesses with opportunities to connect with international investors and explore potential market expansion.
