Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation, Ms. Aishath Nahula has participated in the 3rd Global Aviation Cooperation Symposium (GACS) held between 22-24 July in Phuket, Thailand.
The Global Aviation Cooperation Symposium offers a unique platform for aviation professionals to exchange their views and discuss challenges and opportunities related to their fields.
It provides a forum for regulators, service providers, operators and other industry stakeholders to meet and exchange on their experiences and best practices in implementing technical cooperation projects.
The Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation (@MOTC_MV) tweeted that the Minister met the ICAO President, Regional Directors and Senior officials from different aviation institutions.
ICAO also tweeted regarding the participation of Maldives in the symposium, thanking the Ministry and the Maldives’ contributions to the global momentum toward the safe, secure and sustainable development of aviation through ICAO compliance and cooperation.
