Maldives Monetary Authority (MMA) has announced the Maldives Monetary Authority Data Science Professionals Programme.
This programme is open for candidates who are interested to pursue a career in Data Science. Candidates selected for the programme will follow a comprehensive training plan to develop competencies in this field and will be eligible for the opportunity to study in a Master’s Degree programme in Data Science.
Interested candidates must have pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following disciplines:
- Computer Science
- Mathematics
- Statistics
- Economics
- Banking
- Accounting
Priority will be given to candidates with a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics and those with Master’s or higher degrees are not eligible to apply for this programme. For the selected candidates, MMA will provide a monthly allowance of MVR 20,800 for the duration of the programme.
