Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has provided an update on the Adh. Mandhoo Harbor Development Project.
According to MTCC, new entrance channel dredging operations and new harbor basin dredging operations are currently ongoing for this project.
Scope of works for the project include dredging and excavation operations of 65,854cbm; the construction of a 236m quay wall; a 319m breakwater; a 71m revetment; a 50m groynes. Additionally, the installation of harbor streetlights, navigational aids and construction of 1180sqm of paved area will also be undertaken.
This project is valued at MVR 34.1 million.
