Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has announced that the Dh. Meedhoo Harbour Upgrade Project is currently underway.
According to MTCC, harbour pavement installation works have reached 77% completion, and harbour basin dredging works have reached 74% completion.
Scope of the project includes dredging and excavation operations, construction of a 373m breakwater; a 35m revetment; a 294m quay wall; a 11m x 11m ramp; installation of 1,470 sqm pavement; navigational lights and harbor lights.
MTCC reveals that the value of the project is MVR 38.7 million.
