Local media MV+ has officially announced applications for MV+ Community Impact Awards 2022, an event organised to honour NGOs and their exemplary community service. This year’s event is the second installment of this award.
The eligibility requirements for applicants are as follows:
- Must be a registered organisation with the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Community Empowerment for a minimum of two years.
- Must be active for the last one year.
In addition to awarding the local NGOs, this year’s event will include panel discussions on important topics such as housing, workers’ rights, women empowerment, drug addiction, and environmental issues.
The MV+ Community Impact Awards will serve as encouragement to these NGOs to continue in their community work, and the media will be offering PR support in their campaign and activities as well.
