Ministry of National Planning and Infrastructure has contracted Male’ Water and Sewerage Company (MWSC) to establish water and sewerage in ADH. Hangnaamedhoo.
The contract was signed by Director General of Planning Ministry, Fathimath Shana Farooq and the Managing Director of MWSC, Adam Azim.
The project includes designing water and sewerage systems and establishing a pipeline network, installing a reserve osmosis plant and a water storage tank.
The project is to be completed within a period of 22 months at a cost of USD 1.4 million.
In addition to Haggnaameedhoo, MWSC is currently conducting projects in Goidhoo, Kudafari and Maalhendhoo, Noonu Atoll, Baa Atoll and Kinolhas, Raa Atoll.
