Ooredoo Maldives announces dates for its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) for the year to be scheduled to be held on 2nd March 2020 at the Convention Hall of Kurumba Maldives.
According to Ooredoo, all persons (including legal entities) registered as Shareholders of the Company as of 20:00 hours on Tuesday, 11th February 2020 are eligible to attend the AGM.
Eligible shareholders are requested to pre-register their attendance to AGM by submitting a “Pre- Registration Form” before 26th February.
The Pre-Registration Form, Proxy Form, and Proxy Revocation Form can be obtained from their website via the link http://www.ooredoo.mv/investors/ or from Ooredoo Maldives’s office.
Ooredoo Maldives’s annual general meeting of 2019 was attended by 157 shareholders, with 109 shareholders being present in person and another 48 shareholders being present by proxy.
