The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Ooredoo Maldives is scheduled to be held in March 2023.
Ooredoo Maldives has announced that the record date, or books close date for its AGM will be Thursday, 16th February 2023 at 14:00 hours.
All persons (including legal entities) registered as shareholders of the company at the record date or books close date are eligible to receive dividends for the year 2022, attend the AGM of the company, and vote in person or by proxy.
Ooredoo noted that the notice and agenda of the AGM will be published on its website by no later than Tuesday, 21st February 2023, along with the date, time, venue, agenda items and general information on voting.
