Ooredoo Maldives has revealed that an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be held on Monday, 16th December 2019, at 20:30hrs at Hotel Jen.
In a statement released by Ooredoo Maldives, the company states that the meeting will see the submission of the proposed amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association for consideration of the Shareholders.
EGM will oversee discussions by Shareholders on other matters and a voting session will be conducted on the proposed amendments to the memorandum and Articles of Association.
Eligible shareholders are requested to pre-register their attendance by submitting the “Pre-Registration Form” before 16:30hrs on 12th December, Thursday.
The Pre-Registration Form, Proxy Form, and Proxy Revocation Form can be obtained from the Ooredoo website via the link http://www.ooredoo.mv/investors/ or from Ooredoo Maldives Plc’s office at 5th Floor, H. Sunleet, Boduthakurufaanu Magu.
