Ooredoo Maldives celebrated Customer Service Day on 8th October by launching a unique initiative titled ‘Top Floor to Shop Floor’, which saw senior management and executives directly engaging with customers across the nation. As part of this effort, Ooredoo’s leadership visited customer service centres, business partner outlets, and service locations to better understand customer needs and concerns.
In a hands-on demonstration of the company’s commitment to enhancing the customer experience, CEO Khalid Al-Khamadi personally addressed customer queries through social media platforms, providing direct solutions and listening to feedback from users. This initiative underscored the importance Ooredoo places on connecting with its customers both through digital channels and personal interactions.
Throughout the day, senior management, including department heads, visited various locations to meet with customers in person. The initiative allowed Ooredoo’s decision-makers to gather valuable insights from the frontline, enabling them to better understand customer expectations and improve services accordingly.
