The Privatization and Corporatization Board (PCB) has announced its intention to monitor state-owned enterprises (SOEs) per the authority granted by Law No. 3/2013 (Privatization, Corporatization, Monitoring, and Evaluation of Government Businesses Act).
To facilitate this oversight, the PCB has requested government-owned companies to submit a soft copy of specific information related to their Board Directors by December 15, 2023. Any changes to the information regarding board directors should be communicated to the PCB at least one month in advance.
The information requested includes:
- Registration details of the Company’s Board of Directors.
- Register of Interests.
