State Trading Organization (STO) has signed a sponsorship agreement with Care Society to pay the rent for the NGO’s headquarters for one year.
The agreement was signed by STO’s General Manager Mr. Muslih Maseeh, and Care Society’s Director of Operations Ms. Shiyana Shameem. STO has provided similar help to Care Society and other NGO’s in the past as well, under their extensive Corporate-Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives program.
Under the CSR program, STO also signed an agreement with the Ministry of Health earlier this year to provide salaries for one year for two employees working at the Kaafu Guraidhoo special needs health facility.
