Ministry of Economic Development has dissolved 35 companies as they have not paid the yearly fee.
Ministry has stated that this decision was taken under the law of individual’s businesses. Ministry has released a list of 35 companies to be dissolved and these 35 companies were all registered after 2015.
The government did announce several times the list of companies with no communication with the ministry, that the ministry has decided to dissolve. Last year, the government announced that they have decided to dissolve 1597 companies.
The government has also highlighted that around 7000 companies have not shared their Director’s report, yearly report, and yearly fee in the last 22 years.
