Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation has amended the routine for providing their services from 3rd July 2019.
According to Transport Ministry, they will now be issuing queue numbers from 8 AM to 11 AM on weekdays for various services.
Previously, the Ministry issued only 100 numbers on a daily basis. This caused people to queue up hours earlier.
Consequently, this resulted in tremendous complaints against the methods of service of the Ministry.
