Urbanco and GPL Holdings Pvt. Ltd. have announced a strategic partnership aimed at addressing the needs of vessels operating in Hulhumalé Lagoon.
This joint initiative encompasses the construction of essential maritime facilities, including a dinghy harbour and a substantial vehicular harbour for larger vessels. The infrastructure improvements will be accompanied by the development of vital commercial amenities.
In addition to the harbour facilities, the project will feature the establishment of a marina to cater to various watercraft needs. Alongside these maritime developments, a range of commercial infrastructure will be constructed to facilitate business activities in the area.
Furthermore, a rooftop VIP lounge will be incorporated into the development to enhance the overall experience for visitors and stakeholders.
