Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure has signed an agreement with two companies to construct harbors in 3 islands.
The harbor project of V. Felidhoo was handed to Inaar Private Limited while the projects of V. Keyodhoo and M. Naalaafushi was handed to Maldives Transport & Contracting Company (MTCC).
On behalf of the Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure, the state minister Mohamed Ibrahim signed the agreement with the Managing Director of Inaar Pvt Ltd, Ahmed Arif and the Chief Operating Officer of MTCC, Ahmed Kurik.
The harbor project of the 3 islands is worth more than MVR 30 Million Rufiyaa. As noted in the agreement, it is estimated that the project will be completed within 3-4 months.
