Ministry of Economic Development has announced that they are to relax the operational hours of businesses and restaurants alike. Starting from May 11th, 2018 till 21st June 2018, Retail shops will be able to keep their businesses open until 11 pm. Usual operational hours are until 10 pm.
During the same period restaurants, cafés and such are allowed to be kept open until 3 am in the morning. These timings have been relaxed due to the upcoming month of Ramadan.
Ministry of Economic Development has previously stated that they are working on a solution to keep cafés and restaurants open 24 hours a day.
