Dusit Thani Maldives Resort, which is being handled by Thai company;
Dusit Thani Plc. (DTC) in Baa Atoll has been sold for 63 million dollars. The resort was sold to a subsidiary company under Dusit Thani Plc ; Dusit Thani Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust Company.
As per DTC, this is a profitable move for both the seller and the buyer company. Explaining how so, the company says that the seller will receive financial benefits and the buyer will find themselves gaining the trust of the investors.
Dusit Thani Maldives is being operated in Baa Atoll with 94 villas in the resort. It includes 5 restaurants and offer world-class spa services within the resort.
