Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has revealed that the work on design and build of Hdh. Nellaidhoo Harbor is well underway, with overall 91% project progress. Construction of breakwater is currently ongoing, with 84% completion.
The Hdh. Nellaidhoo harbor development scheme consists of dredging and reclamation operations of 62,863cbm, breakwater construction of 331m, quay wall construction of 204m, revetment construction of 50m, installation of 2,102sqm paved area, installation of navigation lights and streetlights.
According to MTCC, the value of the project is MVR 50.8 million.
