The Bank of Maldives has released a statement outlining adjusted operating hours for its branches and service centers during the month of Ramadan and the first seven days of Shawwal 1445. Branches and service centers will be open from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm throughout this period. Additionally, during the last 10 days of Ramadan, service will be available from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Self-Service Banking Centres will continue to offer deposit, withdrawal, and transfer services on a 24-hour basis nationwide. Customers residing on inhabited islands will also have access to basic banking services through Cash Agents during Ramadan. The Bank’s Contact Centre, Aaya chatbot, live chat features (available on Facebook Messenger, BML Mobile App, WhatsApp, Viber, and the Bank’s website) also remain available for customer support.
The Bank of Maldives encourages customers to utilize its Internet Banking and Mobile App platforms for routine banking needs.
