The government has announced that applications are now open for the position of Deputy Commissioner General of Taxation at the Maldives Inland Revenue Authority (MIRA). Individuals interested in the role have until 12:00 pm on Wednesday, 16th October 2024, to submit their applications.
The President’s Office has confirmed that applications will be accepted from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm on all working days until the deadline. The necessary application forms can be collected from the President’s Office reception or downloaded from the official website.
The current Deputy Commissioner General of Taxation, Asma Shafeeu, was appointed to the position on 31st October 2019. With the five-year term for the post now nearing completion, the vacancy has been announced as her term is set to expire at the end of the month.
