The Business Center Corporation (BCC) is seeking a contractor to construct a new warehouse in Hulhumale, aimed at supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the region.
BCC reveals the warehouse will be located at Lot 10681 in Hulhumalé Phase I. This initiative is part of BCC’s ongoing efforts to bolster the local business ecosystem by providing essential logistical support, they said.
BCC invites interested contractors to submit proposals that detail their approach to the design, engineering, construction, and operation of the warehouse. In their submissions, contractors should outline their project timelines and specify any preferred partnership models, including contractor financing, joint ventures, or lease agreements.
The facility is expected to enhance warehousing capabilities, enabling local businesses to improve their operational efficiency and competitiveness in the market.
