The Corporate Training Institute Maldives (CTI Maldives) has opened enrolment for its newly launched ‘Corporate Readiness Program’, aimed at preparing Maldivian youth for real-world challenges in the modern workplace. The three-month programme is tailored for teenagers aged 16 to 20 and is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional expectations.
Over the course of 36 sessions, participants will be introduced to core areas such as career planning, navigating workplace hierarchies, developing soft skills, and understanding financial literacy. The programme also incorporates industry-specific knowledge from key sectors including tourism, banking, and entrepreneurship.
According to CTI Maldives, the programme’s highlights include interactive workshops led by leading local professionals, real-world case study simulations, and networking opportunities with industry mentors. Participants will also benefit from industrial visits and outbound training sessions that aim to enhance employability through direct exposure to different work environments.
A key feature of the programme is its certification component, which is recognised by local employers and can be used to support job applications or further education pathways. The sessions will run three times a week, each lasting two hours, across a span of three months.
This initiative reflects CTI Maldives’ ongoing effort to nurture a skilled, confident, and workforce-ready generation of Maldivians equipped for diverse career paths. The institute is known for offering tailored corporate training solutions to build capable and compliant teams across sectors.
